Attentive and friendly staff. Clean and spacious room with amazing bathroom. Perfect pool and bar area for relaxation. Convenient location in a mall with casino, cinema, and restaurants. Reasonable gym facilities. Helpful tour reservations desk.

For us it was ideal.

Great Hotel with everything you need. Amazing breakfast with a vast selection of fruits, cereals, pastries, and eggs made to order. The room was spacious and very modern. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is convenient for exploring the city and the area around it. There is plenty to see and do.

The main restaurant in the hotel is overpriced, and the quality of the food is mediocre. The housekeeping could be better;

Great stay for a quick stop! Rooms were comfortable and the pool was inviting. the staff at the pool was very efficient and courteous. the location was secluded, making for a peaceful holiday, but it was still easy to get around with a car. We also enjoyed trying out the different restaurants on, site.

The check, in process was a bit slow and check, out was even worse. We were looking to split our bills, and it took forever to get it sorted.

I had a fantastic stay at Esplendor. The hotel complex had everything - a casino, spa, and multiple restaurants.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the need to pay the whole amount at once if you don't have the specific credit card, and the occasional delay in food service, these did not overshadow the overall positive experience I had at Esplendor.

The hotel's location is perfect for wine lovers, being close to various wineries and restaurants in the area. the rooms are spacious and clean with excellent bathrooms. the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive, making your stay even more enjoyable. the pool and bar areas are great for relaxing after a long day of wine tours.

The breakfast spread is a bit limited for some guests.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in Mendoza. the staff here were exceptionally helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we especially loved the large bathroom with a beautiful bathtub. Additionally, the pool and bar area were the perfect spots to relax after a long day of exploring. The hotel also offers amenities like room service and car hire, making our stay even more convenient.

I loved the spacious pool deck and indoor & outdoor pools. The hotel staff were also very friendly. They were always on hand to offer help with transportation around this city. I also appreciated the clean accommodations.
